Rebecca J. White is the founding director of the Fifth Third Bank Entrepreneurship Institute and an associate professor of Management and Entrepreneurship at Northern Kentucky University (NKU). She received an MBA and a Ph.D. in Strategic Management from Virginia Tech University.
As an educator, her primary research and teaching interests are in entrepreneurship education and strategic leadership in entrepreneurial firms. Under White’s leadership the NKU program has received many awards and honors. She is the founder and CEO of adEsse LLC, a consulting company specializing in helping startup ventures and established family firms and serves on several private and non-profit boards in the Greater Cincinnati region.
