Business Brief
Phase 2 Discovery (P2D) develops prescription pharmaceuticals for psychiatric and neurologic disorders. P2D acquires drugs at an early stage of clinical development from major pharmaceutical companies then develops these drugs through the stage of human safety testing (Phase 1) and early efficacy testing (Phase 2). P2D then outlicenses developed drugs to major pharmaceutical companies for late stage efficacy testing (Phase 3), FDA drug approval, sales and marketing.
